Let's start with the fact that our products are packed only with what is necessary. Some have no packaging at all.
The size of the shipping carton is always matched to the number of products. The courier "does not carry air", and you will unpack your product quickly and pleasantly.
We most often use recycled paper as a filler, but it may happen that you will also find old newspapers, cut cardboards or paper waste generated during our production in your package. It doesn't always look beautiful and fancy , but admit it - this is real zero waste .
Shipping boxes, paper fillers, wrapping tapes, receipts and shipping labels - we only use FSC-certified materials. This means that the paper is made of wood obtained in a way that does not harm the biological resources and structure of forests.
We prefer parcel lockers, so this form of delivery is free for orders over PLN 149. Delivery to a parcel locker means up to 75% less CO2 emissions compared to door delivery! read more

Keep in mind that...
In exceptional situations, when it is particularly warm outside, at your request, we send products in Styropack - a Styrofoam container that protects the products against melting. We also add ecological cooling inserts. You can use such a box many times as a mobile fridge or vice versa - as a thermos keeping warm :)
